Taliban destroys drug catapults on border with Iran and Pakistan

According to Zhirnov, the destroyed catapults were located on the border with Iran and Pakistan. Smugglers used these devices to transfer drugs to networks across the border.

The ambassador highlighted that these catapults were like a kind of rubber sling attached to cross poles the size of a gallows.

He also pointed out that this step was one of the symbols of the Taliban's overthrow of the former pro-Western regime, which turned Afghanistan into a global heroin factory.
