Stoltenberg: Russia won’t be able to win in nuclear conflict

Russia won’t be able to win in a nuclear conflict, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said, commenting on Russian President Vladimir Putin's statement about nuclear weapons, Report informs.

According to the NATO chief, so far the alliance doesn’t see a change in the readiness of Russia’s nuclear forces.
