Spain vows to support Ukraine at any cost

We will support Ukraine at any cost, the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanches, said during his speech at the Verkhovna Rada, Report informs.

He announced a new aid package worth 55 million euros to Ukraine.

According to him, only Ukraine can set the terms of peace negotiations: "Other countries offer peace plans. Their participation in this process is highly appreciated. However, we cannot fully accept these plans."

The Prime Minister stressed that official Madrid supports the establishment of the NATO-Ukraine defense council.
