South Korean President: DPRK may use nuclear weapons

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) may use nuclear weapons, among other things, to achieve its goals, said the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, Report informs.

"I think that North Korea will use all possible means to achieve its military goals and will not give up the use of nuclear weapons," he added.

Yun Sok Yeol also stressed that trilateral cooperation between South Korea, the United States and Japan will be strengthened against the background of the growing threat from the DPRK.
