South Korea to supply large batch of weapons to Ukraine

South Korea will supply approximately $2.9 billion in arms to Ukraine through the Czech Republic, Report informs.

It will consist of Chiron anti-aircraft missile systems and ammunition used to repel attacks of low-altitude aircraft. This arms supply will be financed by the United States.

According to the information, the weapons will not be sent directly to Ukraine due to the official position of the South Korean side. So, back in the spring, the South Korean side announced that it will not supply weapons to the area of military operations.
