Slovenia introduces tougher Covid control measures

The Slovenian government has tightened restrictive measures due to the growing number of cases of COVID-19, Report informs.

The validity of the negative PCR test for those entering the country without quarantine has been reduced to 48 hours. The validity of the rapid antibody test has been reduced to 24 hours.

Only people who have been vaccinated and hold a certificate of having suffered from COVID-19 disease or a negative test result are allowed to use public transport in the country.

However, the Slovenian government has decided to reduce the period of compulsory quarantine at home from 10 to 7 days.
