Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico will support the EU program providing for the allocation of €50 billion for Ukraine, according to Report.
“We brought humanitarian aid [to the consultations in Uzhgorod] because we promised Ukraine support in this matter. I also approved the EU’s decision to provide financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion euros over the next four years,” Fico said in an interview with the network television channel of the TASR news agency, commenting on the results of a meeting held in Uzhgorod on January 24 with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal.
