The attempts of the US and its allies to maintain global hegemony have fractured regional security architecture, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of SCO defense ministers in New Delhi, Report informs via TASS.
He said that Washington and its allies are inciting other countries to a military conflict with Moscow and Beijing: “The conflict in Ukraine also shows this. The combat potential and capabilities of practically all NATO countries have been engaged against Russia since the onset of its special military operation in Ukraine.”
