“China will not allow Russia to use nuclear weapons. I am sure that Moscow has been warned about this,” said the Secretary of the Defense and Security Council of Ukraine, Oliksiy Danilov, Report informs.
According to him, if Russia uses nuclear weapons, then the world countries' response should be immediate and adequate: "The world countries understand that if nuclear weapons are used, it will not only be a war between Russia and Ukraine."
