Scholz willing to remain German chancellor after 2025 elections

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has announced his desire to retain his post as head of government after the 2025 elections, Report informs referring to Stern.

“I would also like to remain federal chancellor after the autumn of 2025,” Scholz said.

In addition, he expressed confidence that the ruling coalition will not collapse in the coming months, despite the differences within it.
