Russia ready for talks with Kyiv, but NATO and US oppose it, says Putin

Moscow is ready for negotiations with Kyiv, Russian President Vladimir Putin told a plenary meeting of the Russia-Africa Summit on Friday, Report informs via TASS.

But he stressed that the US and NATO hindered the implementation of negotiations with Ukraine.

Therefore, Ukraine refused to negotiate, Putin said.
