Russia can break off diplomatic ties with the Baltic countries, including Poland, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, Report informs.
According to him, the reason for this is the aggressive policy of those states: “However, official Moscow is not in favor of severing diplomatic relations.”
