Russian forces carried out a large-scale strike on facilities operated by Ukrnafta, part of Ukraine's Naftogaz Group, targeting seven oil and gas production sites in eastern Ukraine, the company said, as cited by Report.
According to Naftogaz, the attack destroyed critical equipment, forcing several production facilities to halt operations and causing significant losses in oil and gas output.
Acting Naftogaz CEO Serhii Fedorenko described it as the most extensive attack on Ukrnafta's facilities in recent months, adding that no casualties were reported.
The company also said Russian forces struck four Ukrnafta filling stations in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions over the past 24 hours. No employees or customers were injured.
Naftogaz said that since the beginning of 2026, Russian strikes have destroyed 32 Ukrnafta filling stations and five production facilities operated by Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
