The Kremlin is looking forward to a potential shift in Berlin's approach toward Russia following Germany's parliamentary elections held on February 23, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs via Russian media.
"Each time, we hope for a more pragmatic approach to reality, focusing on issues of mutual interest and benefit. But how things will actually unfold remains to be seen once the victorious CDU/CSU takes office," Peskov told journalists.
