Queen Elizabeth II marks Sapphire Jubilee

Baku. 6 February. REPORT.AZ/ Queen Elizabeth celebrates 65th year on British throne.

Report informs, referring to BBC, Elizabeth II is the first British monarch marking Sapphire Jubilee.

In 2015, she was recognized as longest-reigning British monarch ever.

According to tradition she celebrates her enthronization anniversary at Sandringham palace in Norfolk and returns to Buckingham Palace after several days.
