Norway plans to increase its financial assistance to Ukraine, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said in an interview with the public broadcaster NRK.
"Today, I can say that in the near future we will send a proposal to parliament to increase our support [for Ukraine]," Støre said.
At the end of last year, the Norwegian parliament agreed to allocate 35 billion Norwegian krone ($3.12 billion) for military and civilian support to Ukraine in 2025. In total, Norway plans to spend 155 billion krone between 2023 and 2030.
