Polish intelligence services say over 500 politicians wiretapped using Pegasus

Polish intelligence services used Israeli spyware Pegasus to eavesdrop on the conversations of over 500 politicians in the country, Minister-Coordinator of Special Services of the Republic Tomasz Siemoniak said in an interview with TVN24, Report informs referring to TASS.

“According to the data that the intelligence services provided [to the Minister of Justice], this is a little more than 500 people,” the minister noted.

He also said that “too many unfounded cases” of Pegasus use had been identified.
