Polish FM, US secretary of state mull strengthening of NATO eastern flank

Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau has discussed with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken the strengthening of NATO’s eastern flank, Report informs.

“I had a phone conversation with US Secretary of State Blinken following his visit to Kyiv. We discussed current Polish-US cooperation in deterring Russian imperialism, support for Ukraine defending against Russian aggression as well as strengthening NATO’s deterrence capabilities on the Alliance’s eastern flank. The Polish-American alliance is the foundation of solid transatlantic relations,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
