Police use tear gas on protestors in Iraq

Iraqi security forces used tear gas on demonstrators in the center of the capital, Baghdad, Report informs, referring to SHAFAQ News.

The police are trying to prevent the demonstrators from entering the Green Zone, where state offices and foreign embassies are located.

Several people with suffocation symptoms were taken to nearby medical facilities.

Earlier, the Green Zone of Baghdad was hit by rockets twice. In the first case, 7 people, including an officer and two members of the security forces, were injured as a result of the bombing.
