Plane crashes in France, pilot killed

A single-engine plane crashed in the Indre department in central France, killing the pilot, the department's fire and rescue center said, Report informs via the Parisien newspaper.

"The only person on board, the pilot, aged 60-70, died," the center said.

The cause of the crash was engine failure.
