Pilot killed as small plane crashes on busy highway in Netherlands

A small aircraft met a tragic end when it plummeted onto the bustling A58 highway near the city of Roosendaal in the Netherlands' North Brabant province.

The crash claimed the life of the pilot, who was the sole occupant of the ill-fated plane, Report informs via TASS.

According to the Central and West Brabant emergency services, the incident has forced the closure of the highway in both directions as emergency response teams work tirelessly at the scene.
