The number of Israeli residents injured as a result of the escalation that began on October 7 exceeded 2,800, more than 500 of them are still hospitalized, Report informs referring to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.
According to a statement released by Health Ministry officials, 2,806 Israelis were injured and taken to various hospitals following the Hamas surprise attack on the morning of October 7.
As of 1:30 p.m. local time, there were 535 Israeli citizens in hospitals, including 106 in serious or critical condition.
Haaretz also reported that six Arab Israelis were missing after the attack, and at least one of them was seen in videos posted by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
