Netherlands freezes up to 600M euros of Russian assets

The Netherlands has frozen Russian assets worth up to 600 million euros, Dutch coordinator for compliance with and control over the implementation of sanctions against Russia Stef Blok said, Report informs.

Blok noted that law enforcement officers are now checking whether there are still Russian legal entities and individuals whose assets and property should be frozen.

Earlier it was reported that the EU froze the assets of Russian and Belarusian citizens and organizations for almost 30 billion euros as part of personal sanctions. So, boats, helicopters, real estate and works of art turned out to be frozen.
