NATO will never be a party to conflict in Ukraine, Stoltenberg says

NATO has never been and will never be a party to the conflict in Ukraine, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said, according to Report.

He noted that the alliance does not send its soldiers or aircraft to the country.
