NATO steps up defense plans to protect Alliance

NATO has decided to step up its defense plans, Report informs.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on March 24 at the Extraordinary Summit of NATO Heads of State and Government in Brussels that the new decision has been taken to protect the Alliance.

“NATO will not tolerate any attack on Allied sovereignty or territorial integrity. We have activated our defense plans to shield the Alliance, increased our readiness and deployed troops from both sides of the Atlantic,” NATO tweeted.
