NATO’s military buildup triggering Russia’s countermeasures - Shoigu

The augmentation of NATO’s military capabilities adjacent to Russia’s borders has made Russia bolster its armed forces in key areas, Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, said during a departmental meeting, Report informs.

“We have taken steps to reinforce the military units in both the northwestern and western strategic sectors,” the minister stated.
