NATO members purchase $2B worth of weapons from the US for Ukraine

Since early August, NATO member countries have purchased $2 billion worth of weapons from the United States for Ukraine, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated a press conference held in Luxembourg, Report informs via Russian media outlets.

"NATO countries have already bought $2 billion worth of weapons from the US for Ukraine," he said.

The arms deliveries to Ukraine have been carried out under a scheme launched in early August.
