The UK and its Western allies, including the United States, are developing new drones with artificial intelligence technology to compensate for Ukraine's severe artillery shortage.
This type of drone is planned to be delivered to Kyiv in the coming months, but the timing may change.
Report informs via TASS that sources said such technology would allow them to communicate with each other and navigate to an object automatically, without the need for an operator to control each of them. It is planned that they will be deployed in the fleet.
On February 16, Bloomberg reported that a group of about 10 countries led by Latvia intends to supply about 1 million drones to Ukraine by February 24, 2025.
