An unknown man has attempted to drive a car into the territory of the Russian Embassy in Stockholm; he has been detained, Report informs via SVT channel citing Swedish police.
"A man was detained near the Russian Embassy in Stockholm. He is suspected of attempted illegal entry after driving into the embassy gates," reads the report.
According to a police representative, the 45-year-old man remained in the vehicle when law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. He did not manage to enter the embassy grounds.
