French President Emmanuel Macron called Russia's actions in the Ukrainian conflict "a new type of global hybrid war," Report informs, citing TASS.
“Russia has essentially launched a new type of global hybrid war,” Macron argued Wednesday at a press conference in Benin. "This is absolutely clear for us Europeans. I say this for the African continent," he said.
Macron believes that Russia is using "information, energy and food" as a weapon.
