The Lithuanian military will prepare national tactical plans as part of the updated NATO defense plans approved at the NATO summit in Vilnius by the end of the year, Minister of Defense of the Republic Arvydas Anusauskas said, Report informs referring to TASS.
"There is never an army without planning. This also applies to the prospects within the updated NATO regional plans. By the end of this year, we will draw up our detailed tactical plans on their basis," he noted.
