Lithuania and Ukraine ink agreement on development of Palianytsia systems

Lithuania and Ukraine have signed an agreement on Vilnius's investment of 10 million euros in the development of Ukrainian long-range Palianytsia missiles.

As Report informs, citing Lithuanian media, the document was signed by the defense ministers of both countries, Laurynas Kasciunas and Rustem Umerov, who is visiting Lithuania.

"This agreement serves as the legal basis for transferring funds for the production of Ukrainian weapons," said Kasciunas.

According to him, this represents a long-term commitment from Vilnius.

Lithuania's plans include installing Ukrainian production lines for long-range Palianytsia drone missiles on its territory.
