“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky can visit Moscow, Sochi or Saint Petersburg if he wants,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists, Report informs, referring to TASS.
“We can discuss the normalization of bilateral relations,” he said.
