It is time for our countries to revise some parts of the CSTO charter to exclude from its composition such parts when the participants would use threats against each other,” Imankulov said.

Shooting began at several sites on the border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on the morning of September 16. The parties accused each other of launching artillery fire.
