Kyrgyzstan closes border for high-ranking officials

The State Border Service (SBS) of Kyrgyzstan has been ordered not to release high-ranking officials from the country, Report says, citing TASS. 

"This order has been received, and, of course, we will carry it out," the representative of the Border Agency said.

Mass riots in the country began after the parliamentary elections. On the night of October 6, protesters broke into the White House and released former President Almazbek Atambayev from jail. As a result, the CEC of Kyrgyzstan declared the election results invalid. Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov has resigned. The opposition created two coordination councils.
