​Kuchma: The current development of situation in Donbass can lead to frozen conflict in the region

Baku. 12 September. REPORT.AZ/ The current development of situation in Donbass can lead to frozen conflict in the region.

Report informs citing Russian media, this was stated at a meeting of Yalta European Strategy of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma.

Kuchma believes that it is necessary they need to find political, diplomatic means for solution to end the conflict in the east.
