Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to visit Belarus soon

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is set to visit Belarus in the near future, head of the Belarus-Iran parliamentary cooperation group at the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, Ali Asghar Bagherzadeh, said during a press briefing in Minsk, Report informs.

According to Belarusian media, Bagherzadeh stated that the upcoming visit would give fresh momentum to bilateral projects, particularly in the humanitarian sphere.

He also emphasized that a solid legal framework has already been established between the two countries, enabling deeper cooperation. β€œIn current geopolitical climate, where some Western countries push unilateral approaches, Belarus and Iran have reaffirmed their commitment to building a fair and multipolar world order,” he added.
