Intelligence services of SCO member countries conduct drills in New Delhi to repel terror cyberattacks

Special services of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) conducted cyber exercises in New Delhi to counter the use of the Internet for terrorist, separatist and extremist purposes, according to the press service of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS), Report informs referring to TASS.

“In New Delhi, the competent authorities of the SCO member states conducted a joint anti-terrorist exercise to identify and suppress the use of the Internet for terrorist, separatist and extremist purposes,” reads the statement.

According to the press service, the exercises are aimed at increasing interaction between the intelligence services of the SCO countries in the event of cyberattacks on the critical information infrastructure of the organization’s member states.
