Indonesia's death toll headed well past 1,200

Baku. 1 October. REPORT.AZ/ The death toll in the Indonesia earthquakes and tsunami has topped 1,200, Straits Times newspaper reports.

Report informs citing RIA Novosti that 832 victims were reported earlier.

According to the publication, nearly 16,700 people left their homes due to earthquakes and nearly 2.4 mln will need humanitarian assistance.
