"A military conflict, Russia's entry into Ukraine, the military confrontation in Ukraine are not in anyone's favor. This would further escalate the conflict in the region," Turkish Presidential Administration spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin said, Report informs.
"Hundreds of Ukrainians have already been killed in clashes. In principle, of course, we have good relations with Russia. But at the same time, we support the protection of Ukraine's territorial integrity. Some countries have bad relations with Ukraine and some with Russia. But our president has quite good relations with both Mr. Vladimir Putin and Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky. The international community must also be careful in this matter. There is a need for statements and approaches that will not increase the confrontation, but rather reduce it," he said.
