Guterres: Greatly concerned by Russia’s decision on Donetsk & Luhansk regions of Ukraine

“Greatly concerned by Russia’s decision on the status of certain areas of the Donetsk & Luhansk regions of Ukraine,” UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres tweeted, Report informs.

“We remain fully supportive of the sovereignty, independence & territorial integrity of Ukraine, within internationally recognized borders,” he added.
