German Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck has called the partial mobilization in Russia ‘a further escalation’ and ‘a bad and wrong step,’ Report informs.
“We will evaluate it and discuss how to respond to it,” he said at a press conference in Berlin.
On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization.
