French President Emmanuel Macron will hold a crisis meeting on Monday regarding the aftermath of the deadly cyclone "Shido" that hit the French overseas department of Mayotte, Report informs via BFMTV.
"A crisis meeting on the situation in Mayotte, chaired by Emmanuel Macron, will be held today at 6:00 PM at the Ministry of Interior," the channel reports.
Earlier, it was reported that the hurricane claimed the lives of 14 people. Large rescue forces and necessary medical supplies have been sent to Mayotte.
