Former UK defense minister John Healey appointed finance minister

Former UK Defense Minister John Healey has been appointed head of the Treasury, Report informs.

The announcement was made in a statement from the office of new Prime Minister Andy Burnham.

Healey resigned in June, citing insufficient investment in the country's defense.
