Peace is the only alternative for the development of Europe, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili said, Report informs.
The minister added that Georgia fully supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and condemns the ongoing aggression against this country. According to her, maximum efforts should be made to eliminate the risks threatening the security of Europe and measures should be taken to establish peace in the region.
The minister emphasized that peace is the only alternative for the development of the European region and the further deepening of the conflict should not be allowed. “The most important thing is the steps taken towards ensuring peace as this creates opportunities for both economic and political cooperation,” Bochorishvili noted.
