Fire breaks out at Lukoil oil refinery in Perm

Ukraine has announced that a large-scale fire erupted at one of Russia's largest oil refineries in the city of Perm, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.

The incident occurred at the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez facility, which specializes in oil refining and the production of a wide range of petroleum products.

It was noted that the fire began following a strike on the plant's territory.
