Finland allocates financial assistance to Ukraine for 29M euros

Finland has sent Ukraine 29 million euros for humanitarian assistance and strengthening development cooperation, according to a statement released on March 10 by the Foreign Ministry of the republic, Report informs referring to TASS.

As stated in the document, Kyiv had previously turned to Helsinki for financial support. Of the allocated amount, 15 million euros will go to humanitarian aid, and 14 million euros to support Ukraine in the field of education, the environment and radiation safety, as well as to restore infrastructure.

By February 2023, the republic had sent 12 military aid packages to Kyiv worth a total of more than 600 million euros.
