EU, NATO step up cooperation

In the current context of Russia's military operations in Ukraine, the European Union and NATO, as well as their members, have shown full unity and strengthened cooperation, Report informs, citing the final decision of the European Council on Foreign Relations in Brussels, Belgium.

According to the document, at this critical time for Euro-Atlantic security, the EU-NATO strategic partnership is stronger and more relevant than ever.

In addition to political consultations at the level of governing bodies and working groups, cooperation has been established in the field of strategic communications and countering disinformation, harmonization of defence planning in cases where requirements coincide, dialogue on military mobility, and staff interaction in Ukraine, the document says.
