EU doesn’t recognize government formed by rebellion in Niger

The European Union does not recognize the new government formed as a result of the rebellion in Niger, Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said on Twitter, Report informs.

He said that the constitutional structure must be restored in Niger.

According to Borrell, the EU is ceasing financial support and cooperation with this country.
