EU defense ministers to discuss use of Russian assets for military aid to Ukraine

Defense ministers from 27 EU countries will discuss the use of profits from frozen Russian assets to provide military aid to Ukraine at an informal meeting on August 31 in Brussels, EU spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Nabila Massrali said at a press conference in Brussels, Report informs referring to TASS.

The ministers will review progress in providing aid to Ukraine, in particular, they will discuss the use of profits from frozen Russian assets and the G7 loan for military aid to Ukraine, she noted.
